Service
InvoicePay provides an interface for creating and monitoring Bitcoin Lightning invoices. It is not a bank, custodial wallet, exchange, escrow service, or money-transfer service. Payments are executed by the customer's wallet and received by the merchant's configured wallet.
Before paying
Confirm the merchant identity, amount, payment purpose, and invoice shown in your wallet. Lightning payments are generally final after settlement. Questions about goods, services, refunds, or fulfillment must be addressed to the merchant or operator.
Acceptable use
You may not use InvoicePay for impersonation, phishing, credential collection, fraud, deceptive payment requests, sanctions evasion, unlawful goods or services, or activity that violates another party's rights. Merchant profiles may only represent identities the operator has authorized.
Availability and rates
BTC/USD conversions are estimates obtained when an invoice is created. Network conditions, wallet-provider availability, and exchange-rate changes may affect the checkout. The service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
Merchant responsibilities
Merchants are responsible for accurate identity information, lawful sales, customer support, required disclosures, taxes, refunds, and compliance with applicable financial and consumer-protection rules.
Operator
This deployment is operated by Invoice Cash. Continued use of the checkout indicates acceptance of these terms.
